Once Upon a Reed is a critical response to regenerating issues in the Nigerian society, especially those that affect the people and hinder our development as a nation. It is a dispassionate reflection on the Nigerian situation, outrightly condemning those vices is us that, unfortunately, have continued to bring us into disrepute in the comity of nations, while advocating attitudinal change and moral regimentation. Its experimental framework covers all facets of Nigerian life: economics, politics, literature and education, religion, leadership etc, critically subjecting them to public assessment in their efficiency and, more importantly, their inefficiency.
